Lot #402 - This '72 Pontiac Trans Am re-creation is a full frame-off restoration on a rock solid Southern body. All the chrome and bright work has been either replaced or completely reconditioned. During the restoration the color was changed to the desirable Lucerne Blue with the correct Trans Am striping on the hood, roof and deck lid. The Pontiac 400cid engine has been completely rebuilt and detailed with the correct "96" high performance cylinder heads and other rare components. The engine compartment also has the correct gas pedal operated functional Ram Air scoop. On the inside a new and correct optional deluxe black interior was installed along with a new dash pad. A correct 8,000 redline tachometer and 160mph speedo was installed as was all new wiring harnesses. Additionally, the tachometer and all gauges were checked and replaced, if needed. The interior even has the correct GM Pontiac AM/FM radio and ultra-rare rear seat console. The factory air conditioning system was also completely gone through and blows cold. One rare 'Bird.
