Lot #25 - High efficiency with only normal maintenance. Successor to the E-type as Jaguar's sporting model, it was bigger, quieter and more luxurious, yet able to see the far side of 140mph flat out. Jaguar founder Sir William Lyon took on the XJS as a last design project, the emphasis was "grace","space", "pace". This black on black XJS is a very fine example of historical importance, and recognizable Jaguar.
